Pilot

We drove to Funchal and took a trip on a RIB, out to sea for a few hours, to see if we could find any whales.

Luckily, we managed to spend quite a bit of time up close with a pod of Pilot Whales, and a much faster experience with a pod of striped Dolphins.

Followed by a late, but truly excellent, lunch in an unassuming place that has a great rep.
