A little shopping.

This morning we visited Leicester Square  to visit the Lego store. Amongst many stunning models this two storey high model of the tower with Big Ben appealed to me. I took the photo from the second floor with the people outside in the background giving some idea of scale. We then moved on to Kings Cross to the 9 and 3/4 shop to purchase souvenirs that had been requested for the grandchildren.
The weather has been hot at 27°C.
I was quickly reminded how warm it can be when travelling in the underground.. Tomorrow we are visiting Horizon 22 for some aerial views of the city.
