Bake Off

The new freezer that we purchased four months ago is playing up. Lights are flashing, bleeping sounds and generally noisy. We had to switch it off for a bit yesterday. The result is that some things have thawed slightly.

So, I cooked the breakfast pastries which we can have over the next few days. Later we may have some ice cream as the raspberry coulis has defrosted. We have switched the freezer on again. So hopefully we won’t loose any food before the engineer arrives tomorrow.
