The local airport

is the little red shack over there. Well, the truth be told, it's the model plane airport. 

It's been my day off. I've again frozen some green smoothies for the winter. I've trimmed Buddha and yesterday I trimmed the men in my life. And we took a 40km cycling route to check some new scenery too.

Back to work tomorrow. I'm working 1,5 weeks with one day off. I'm not happy about that. Just have to get through this July.

Yesterday I was working with a permanent substitute who works in our area. She's an older lady who doesn't walk well. She works in a wide area, but also knows our residents. She doesn't speak goo Finnish nor does she speak any other 3 languages that I can speak. She arrogant and unpleasant person to work with. Yesterday I asked her 1,5 earlier than my shift ended what does she want me to do before I leave. Her response was "do what you want and I'll do the rest". 5 minutes before my shift ended she asked if i could put V to bed gear. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes normally, but it was his shower night, so it's about 30 min at least. I had already showered one resident and she told me that she'll do V. Instead she showered another resident who had his turn the previous day. But as they are from the same origin, she favors him over all. Also I found her actions rude and idiotic.

But the fact is that we are so understaffed that anyone will do. And I'll be working with her tomorrow too. She'll stay with me until I'll be alone for the last 3 hours. I would prefer to be alone the whole day. At least I didn't have to try to understand her and put up with her laziness and her condecending attitude. She's always telling me how I should do things, even when my permanent coworkers are telling me that she is wrong.

It makes the day hard when you just try to let it all not affect you. All the words and all the actions. Usually they just come back after the day is over.
