"Room on Top"

I remember the bus conductors (remember them?) shouting this out when people were standing on the lower deck of a double decker bus.
Trouble was, upstairs was smoking so many people didn't want to go up-top anyway.
As for our double decker, I think Bella had been watching Bond movies, especially Skyfall where he had a fight with Patrice, and then Moneypenny shoots him, Bond, not Patrice! We didn't know it was Moneypenny at that time of course.
