Beach day

... at last! A very warm couple of hours tennis with our visiting friends this morning. Then to the beach for swims and a picnic. Such a lovely time with them! They left this afternoon and I had a sports massage (niggles seem to-be getting sorted). I had a short run then another swim and picnic dinner on the beach where we stayed til sunset - such a beautiful warm evening :))
