Summer Mists

The short period of Summer like weather has been lovely and I even managed to get out for a quick walk at sunrise, with mist across the fields.

Then it was a working day, from home.  

In the evening I tried to play badminton again but my Achilles is still playing up and I stopped after a couple of games.  Looks like I'm going to have to have a break to properly rest it and hope it settles down.
