After the leaver's party

They had a lovely leaver's assembly this afternoon. The children shared some of their favourite memories of school, and so did the teachers, and there was singing (including a reprise of one of yesterday's songs) and dancing (which also included football and tennis skills as well as acrobatics and breakdancing), and lots of photos of them all the way through school. (And their teacher who is on maternity leave came in to visit with her tiny baby too!) And it seemed extra special, having been there since the school first opened too.

Then after school was the leaver's party, which involved pizza and popcorn but not enough to drink apparently. And concluded with a water fight in the playground which Miss Norman and Mr Taylor definitely lost! Then they all posed for a group photo outside school, but I can't really post that one here!

It's hard to believe they only have one more day left!
