Gallery garden

As often happens, I was passing the gallery before it was open; must go in before the show closes on the 27th July.  

Contractors in the early afternoon to test the dry riser system in the building; that involves running in water from the street hydrant and pressurizing it in 4" pipes. Only one quickly cured tiny leak found. Requires prompt action and steady nerves, along with a good deal of running up and down stairs. The testers were the same people who did it last year and they were happy to have me help with keys and watching ..

Out later to walk around by Charlotte Square and back George St in the early evening. No sign of Chanel setting up next to The Georgian House this time.
