The gift of flowers ...

I had a much better night last night.

I decided yesterday was a rest day, or maybe that was my body telling me to.

It was also the first week anniversary of my surgery so precedent set. Every Thursday will be a rest day!

The flowers are from a friend who visited yesterday and they are also now my gift to you.
