What I've Done

Billy Bumley's House

Has to be viewed LARGE

I met up with ByBrian and Valerie12 this afternoon - we had a Camera Club Social at the Ennerdale Brewery late afternoon, but spent the early part of the afternoon over by Workington Docks taking a few photos. I have seen this little building before, but never took the time to think of how best to photograph it. Built in the 1800s and used by a tide watcher. Named after a former workers house, called Billy Bumley on a nearby hill.

It had to be a moody, dramatic B&W, which I thought evoked the feeling of both its age, and it's purpose.
