A lone pink persicaria with lots of scentless mayweed growing at the edge of the barley field. I liked the chaotic mixture.

So very hot today - it was even too hot at 7.30 this morning so we didn’t walk far with Ziggy and he didn’t seem to mind.
The new bright yellow gardening gloves arrived a day early from Amazon, and we can’t use them because it’s too hot outside. They’re very nice though, and fit beautifully - like a glove in fact.
