Shopska Salad

I’m missing Bulgaria so I am filling the void with lots of Bulgarian things. I’ve found a local Eastern European shop that sells proper Bulgarian cheese and today I used it in a shopska salad. It’s stupidly expensive so it’s going to be a treat to have the real thing. I have the salad fairly often but usually use the Aldi fake feta cheese!
