Water meter

was supposed to be fitted 11 days ago, and then arrived unannounced today, then went as the IT outages meant the computer didn't know they were where they were supposed to be, back 10 minutes later.

It took them quite a while to change the old stop tap and replace it with a new one and meter. It was a lot of work in the heat, and they were really lovely.

If their predictions are right I should be about £20 a month better off.
