Looking Up the River

It's been hot. I've had some heavy lifting to do, getting some lighting out of the undercroft and checking I know how to make it work. It's all to do with the fundraising concert on Sunday. Lots of people are working hard to raise money for the village festival and I'm pleased to be able to help a little.

I went out later, after it had cooled down. I stopped down the road where there's a lovely view up the river with the little tree prominent on the shore. Local TV use it occasionally but I don't think I've blipped it in summer with all the trees in leaf.
