Hot

It's been a hot, sunny day. I went for my blood test at Rainhill Clinic and now have a cracking bruise ouch. Nice to see a former colleague on reception there so we had a good chat. 
Terry was waiting on the car park for me and we went shopping in Tesco. Bumped into Terry's nephew and his wife in there so had a chinwag.
It's been too hot to do very much today but I pegged out the washing after we put the shopping away. Terry brought it in later in the afternoon while I was having a nap on the settee!
No change in the eye but the vision is tolerable for walking around if I wear my older reading specs so at least that's something. Also, I can read OK with the readers on. The right eye on its own is grim for reading or distance but unless I walk round or read with the other eye shut it's not too big a problem ha ha! I don't think the readers or distance specs help the bad eye much but they help the better one and your brain compensates some to make it work okay.
The photo shows it must be sunny because these flowers only open in sunshine and once the sun goes down the petals fall. Cistus / sun rose.
