Enjoying the beach

It’s been a beautiful sunny day. I had a visit to the physio in the morning as my back has been playing up recently. Glad l made the appointment as it’s been getting worse over the past few days.

I arrived home to find lunch ready. Afterwards we all headed to the beach at Exmouth. My husband built a sandcastle and our grandchildren had great fun. An ice cream followed , a great day on the beach
