Fun day.

J mowed this morning. I made soup with fresh tomatoes. We are getting so many and it’s hard to eat that many sandwiches! :—) I’ve been washing bottles and getting ready to jar up a lemongrass tincture I made a few years ago. That’s the main. It’s great for colds/strep/viruses, even for sleep and anxiety. Since it was infused in 100 proof vodka, it will last almost indefinitely. I started in 2020 or 2021. It looks and smells really fresh. I’m ready to get back into my herbs. I started fresh peach kombucha this week.
We went to lunch with a friend in a neighboring town. The soup will taste better tomorrow anyway.
