St James Tarn
The same stopping spot as yesterday, but a much nicer day and a lot earlier in the afternoon. This is looking up the valley instead of across the tarn.
I had intended to stop somewhere else but Sebastian fell asleep before Amberley and I didn't want to stop in case it woke him. In the end nature called and I had to stop at the tarn for a quick visit to the facilities. As luck would have it Sebastian stayed asleep while I went to the loo and while I took photos and then woke up as I was pulling back onto the highway.
He was such a great traveller, he didn't grizzle or complain once about the long journey. Four hours in a car is a big ask of a three year old.
