Victoria's knee

Well the swelling is going down and the bruising is coming out unfortunately this morning the pain is going sky high, I am hoping she has just slept badly on it. Really not sitting in A&E again as they will not MRI or CT it until all the swelling has gone. Fingers crossed.

Aside from that all her friends are at the London Judo International Judo competition which is where she should be so today we will be anxiously awaiting news of her fellow judoka's and how they have got on.

On the other hand the sun is out and it is going to be hot, hot, hot:)
