The end (for this year)

Last night was the last night of Britten's Midsummer Night's Dream at Garsington. It was a magical performance on a magical evening.  We were fortunate to sponsor one of the young sopranos who sang Helena (the tall one if you remember the story), and she found 5 minutes to say hello to us during the interval.  I was quite star-struck - such a beautiful, talented singer - and juggling a 10-month old baby as well :-)
