Lunch - Day Eight
First weigh-in today - lost two kilos.
Today's picture is of my lunch a chunky spaghetti bolognaise, with Quorn and added vegetables from one of the Slimming World cookbooks. It is Syn free, but I used some extra virgin olive oil, so six Syns. I made rather too much, so half of it is in the freezer for another day.
