Ready for the grill

I grilled salmon for dinner. It's healthy. I really need to eat healthier and get back into exercising. Eating healthier shouldn't be a problem, except at amusement parks.

Jill's car was burglarized overnight, and her iPod was stolen. She opened her door to go to a morning meeting at work and saw things from under the seat on top of the seat. I went outside because I saw her pause before getting in, and I wanted to see what was going on. She thought I moved things around looking for a bottle of Advil and didn't put them away, but I said I didn't go in her car because I found the bottle in mine.

I knew I hadn't done it because I would put things back. Plus, I didn't remember doing it. When she got to work, she texted me that her iPod was gone and that she must have forgot to lock the doors when she was juggling Bruno and prescriptions she had picked up the last time she drove.

My locked car was untouched. Though now I feel really violated. Why would someone even be in our backyard? It's set far from the street and down a narrow driveway.

I'm considering security cameras for the back now. That might at least give me peace of mind. And double-checking that the doors are locked!
