One of our favourite meals

This reminds me of many years ago, we were in France and saw a market - husband said let’s go and get some food. Well I’d already had food in mind for our meal, but off we go and we bought a large box of Fresh Mushrooms. So menu changed we had a whole box of mushrooms with dry French bread, and a bit of grated cheese on top. Great memory. So today we had similar, a tiny knob of Guernsey Butter, garlic and a bit of dried herbs and a sprinkle of Aromat. With bit of grated cheese and dry baguette. So yummy.
