Saturday Six

A short time in the garden this morning to lift some of the weeds & a few of the foxgloves have finished flowering.

Only got the washing out on the whirligig for about ¾ hr then started to spit rain, then drizzled, smirry stuck to stuff, still raining this evening but feels muggy & misty.

Lifted some potatoes as well but not very many in the containers. Left one set to continue to grow a bit more. The others the leaves had already started to fade die back.

Spent potato compost put round the fuchsias & heucheras.

Onions have been poor this year.
