The Newt in Somerset

Well it’s 50 years today since Mrs C and I were married.

So we chose a place that we thought would be ideal to mark the occasion. 

And yes we have had a very special weekend and the images give you some appreciation of what we had access to. Yes there was a Roman Museum and recreated villa if you were left wondering about some of the images. The wine tasting was excellent and we have stocked up on supplies of cider and pickles and I am sure there will be a few more purchases tomorrow before we come back in to the real world.
