Minutes before

You never know until afterwards just how the performance went down with the audience. Bengt and myself were happy with what we did, in this case the concert was a finishing event to a long market-day in the village, deep into the dark forests of Småland. 

65 people came to listen and  that's surprisingly many in a place like this. Their faces were friendly but didn't reveal much. After the concert though, several came forward thanking us for a heart-warming concert and wishing us back another time, even a few younger people wanted to say how much they liked the concert, surprising, since the music is mostly written during the 30's and 40's.

Back home around ten, relaxing with a G&T on the balcony, with a feeling of contentment.
