11 and Counting

We were a bit transfixed by the cranes this morning - were they left leaving a crane segment in limbo at the end of the working week, courtesy of the  CFMEU scandal?  Well, the CFMEU flags are no longer quite so visible but these cranes are clearly working this Sunday - at least that crane segment has moved now I'm writing up this blip. 

As the grandaughter of a union man, my knee jerk reaction is outrage; I imagine the allegations are well founded, but I fear the continuing erosion of workers' rights.

As a property owner, we continue our speculation on which of the three towers will be 17 floors (the enticing "Woden Green" towers  will be 13. 15, 17 floors)?  Will we lose our view of Black Mountain?

Trying out a new Filter Forge filter today, only took about two hours to process, and then of course I had to blend with a couple of other versions of the photo to get the desired effect.  Time may have been better spent taking a better photo in the first place!
