War Memorial Lower Walton

I was sent on a shopping errand this morning - milk, bread, paper.
Opposite the One Stop shop is the war memorial. I like to photograph them. In doing so, the names are remembered again, or so I was told.
Max(aged 4) quizzed me on return. Have you got three items, Grandad? I didn’t like to mention I almost forgot the bread for the bacon sandwiches.
