Amongst my usual 2 or 3 bench companions at the main Minster Sunday Service. Deeply religious but a real character at the same time and a lovely man. He has a hint of jovial irreverence at the same time - very like me. An equally lovely woman D from my confirmation group is alongside. 

In fact pretty much everyone there exudes warmth and empathy - an entry level requirement for me to attend. 

The "Dancing Nun" M is another character of note - perhaps I'll take her picture one day. 

I increased my anti spasm pill medication last night and slept so much better. The nature of my condition is such that I calibrate within a permitted range.
