3490. A better day…back Blip

Went to Dundee with my friend to see the Kimono Exhibition at the V&A again as it was so good.  

She had a couple of phone calls about an appointment for her scan results…one of which was almost a fortnight after her scan appointment…they did manage to bring it forward by a week but refused to give her the results over the phone.  She was obviously unhappy about the long wait and the fact that they won’t tell her anything over the phone…I get that it’s not black and white…but I think they’ve forgotten that this is a real person grappling with their own potentially shortened life….it’s so frustrating….one department doesn’t seem to know what another is doing…the NHS is broken and needs a major overhaul….
