Verging On Roadside Assistance

Today's image may be a bit of an acquired taste. We'd popped out for a short drive hoping for a flash of blip inspiration with no particular destination in mind when the yellow and blue structure on the left hand side of my image caught my eye just as we came upon a lay-by and so of course I had to pull over to investigate - rather disappointingly it turned out to be an outsized refuse bin rather than anything more exotic. However, this combined with the pylon in the background and the wild flowers growing in the nearby verge seemed to cast a rather quirky roadside allure for me which I can't really explain and certainly came to my photographic rescue - a blip equivalent of the RAC or the AA! :-)
