Empty Pews

This beautiful church was built in 1903, but was closed nearly thirty years ago,and is now offices. It is a Grade II listed building, and has recently had a major clean up as the stonework had gone black. It now looks stunning, especially in the sunshine. The brickwork is beautiful to look at. Unfortunately, it is on a very busy main road, so I took the opportunity to photograph it on a quiet Sunday afternoon.
