Gratitude

I had a busy wee Sunday, but all of the activity was uninteresting domestic stuff. 

I got lots of it done, so I suppose I feel slightly virtuous.

I was grateful for my foresight in making that hummus yesterday. My lunch was almost ready to eat. All I had to to was add the finishing touches - a little olive oil, some parsley, sumac and ground cumin - plus toast some bread to eat with it. 

Easy. Delicious. Blipped.
