Croft at Isbister
Torrential rain over night, which eased off first thing. Turned into a beautiful sunny morning, tad more cloud in the afternoon, sunny evening. Windy to calm.
A lazy start to the day, got washing out when the rain cleared. Walkies with Sammy around Scalloway. Me, peerie Brian and Julie headed north to the Sunday Teas, which turned out to be a Sunday brunch! On our way back, popped to see friend Ryan Nisbet and his new house in Lerwick. Working in the shop this evening. With the fine evening, it's been super busy. Off to bed early.
After our brunch, we took a run around and a brisk walk. We tried a bit of off road walking, the ground was saturated from the rain last night. The forecast is looking good for the next week, here's hoping I might finally get some good summer walks crammed in, I'm seriously missing them. In the meantime, a quick glance at this derelict croft house at Isbister, North Roe.
