In with the new

Today’s main job was to finally get the grass cut but a 20 minute job turned into more like 2 hours when the motor burned out on the mower after cutting part of a strip. The smoke was definitely an indicator that it was irredeemable so a bit of research and a replacement was purchased just up the road. Assembly wasn’t too bad and it is a lot lighter and doesn’t take up as much space in the shed. The old one will need to go to the tip at some point this holiday.

A bit of tidying and dead-heading in the garden, two walks for Bailey in much cooler temperatures and not a lot else today.
