Cheese, for the win

Took the boss to the walk in clinic this morning, her surfeit of walking last week turns out has left her with calf cramps but I wanted to check that out professionally. Stretching, heat, and more exercise is prescribed.
A vast drop in temperature today.
Meat sauce, meatballs and pasta crowned with two types of cheese.
It went down a treat.


Oh, and things are about to get much harder for the orange arsehole now that Biden has dropped out. I'm sure that whoever the new candidate is will give him hell. He deserves that in spades. Early indications are that he won't debate Harris because he knows she'll thrash him.
