Bravo Pablo Sainz-Villegas

Tonight was the last performance of this year’s Bellingham Festival of Music. He played Rodrigo’s Fantasia para un Gentilhombre. And then two encores by Tarraga. It was a Latin centered concert with works by de Falla, Piazzolla, Ginastera and Gabriela Frank. Pablo spoke of his first time with the Festival Orchestra twelve years ago. I remember it well. Not only is he a good looking man; he’s also very nice and a fine musician.
