Veg Harvest

A quick visit to the allotment to pick up some Broccoli for the week. I picked the last few florets which were the size of footballs and two pointed cabbages.  These filled the boot of my wife's mini!  Most of the broccoli will go for soup for the autumn and winter (if it lasts that long). Not sure what we are going to do with the cabbage, though I did donate one to the fresh veg box at the allotment. All the rain this year has had some benefit!
