Arrived at tea time and spent the evening in the Ferry Boat inn where the locals were having their regular sing-song night.
When one woman sang the Long Black Veil unaccompanied the pub went quiet and it was one of those hair-on-the-back-of-the-neck standing-up type moments. (Little did we realise that they would be few and far between for the rest of the weekend).
This obligatory harbour shot was taken on my new camera. (Before he moans -this composition is patented by
Treegonk).
