Aldeburgh

My Gran always had hollyhocks down the side of her house in Farmhill Crescent in Meanwood, Leeds.

Every time I see them now, 50 years later, I smile and think of her and her garden. It was a fabulous place to a small boy, Hollyhocks 8 foot tall attracting bumblebees as big as sparrows.

These hollyhocks are in Aldeburgh, Suffolk.
