emerald damselfly..?

I know hardly anything about these beautiful creatures so if anyone can identify this I’d be grateful. Found in the greenhouse on a tomato stem. Such a surprise when I went in to collect the tomatoes and cucumbers. And it stayed there whilst I went inside to get the camera. After a few photos it buzzed off outside like a tiny helicopter.
