STAIRS

I went for my Echocardiogram early this morning in Telford and had to climb  4 sets of stairs to the 3rd floor of a brand new NHS Cardio-Respiratory building in Stafford Park.  Lucky I had a little time for my heart rate to go down before I had the procedure. The results will go to the heart Failure Clinic, which I will be going to in a couple of weeks' time, and hope to hear that things have improved.
