The Granta

Helen left this morning then Poppy’s friend got her train back to Reading which left just the 4 of us again.D and I took Dotty for a walk. We moved all the bags of rubbish to the front drive (see extra) and the council very kindly came and picked them up. We got things done around the house and garden, trying to get the place back to its pre-Hendstock state. Both of us are pretty tired today. We went and picked up my Jag from the body shop where they’ve been fixing the bumper ready for it to go back tomorrow.
