Went out running for the first time in weeks this evening. It felt so good to be back out. *AND* a kingfisher actually flew across the path in front of me - that's never happened before. It was apt too because I was wearing my bright orange Alzheimer's Research UK top and bright blue trainers... like a giant, lumbering kingfisher! :-)
