Thankfully I woke this morning feeling less tired and my body wasn't aching.
Tried another 'new to me' pilates class on youtube. I didn't realise NHS had a channel and have pilates classes on it. Some for beginners, intermediate, chronic pain, back pain, arthritis, stretches etc. I wish my physio had told me about them last year. I picked the intermediate one and it really got me moving; most of the moves were new to me. The womans voice was a wee bit irritating and she spoke about what the exercises were beneficial for so there was a bigger gap in moving which was a wee bit annoying. But I'll be back and do other ones .
After lunch I wandered down to Asda to get some cutlery and went the long way along the shore line.
