A cloudier day and breezy, better weather in the afternoon.

This morning K and I caught the bus into Southend, after coffee he went to the library and I went into M&S, some items of clothing may have been bought!  Came home, had a quick lunch and then went out in the car, parked and had a lovely walk along the saltings by a local river.  Home in time to cook dinner this evening, do a quick look around the house for a blip and then water the plants.  Spoke to my friend as usual, still doing well and getting out walking with her walker now too
