Old Steps

This photo is from yesterday, but I felt that it should be used. 

This is partly because I didn't take any shots today as the weather wasn't great, and nothing struck me as worth taking. And partly because I liked these steps and the way they show the impact that so many feet have had on them.

The steps are from the riverside and over the wall to the bridge at Froggatt.  I don't know if the wear is worse due to hob nailed boots or clogs with clog-irons, or just many years of use.
