Off

Managed to get through last evening’s event in Birmingham ok but was definitely not in the mood for the three hours it took me to get there with various traffic issues (it was an hour and ten on the return).

Today I didn’t even get out of bed and outside into the sun until about 3pm. I don’t have covid but I do wonder if I have had covid recently and these are the after effects. Had to cancel my evening out with friends but to be honest, was happy to just get back to bed.
