Cosmos Calling

Up early by my standards so enjoyed a look around the garden in beautiful light.
The cosmos looked especially pretty and so that was my blip in the bag.
Did think of cropping it for TT but liked the pollen on the half flower so l’ve left it alone.
Second day at the dance summer school.
We start the day with a dance warm up that we all join in , then some singing and then we go through the finale for the show which parents will see on Friday. So l do get a bit of a workout.
Spent the rest of the day helping make papier-mâché fish ( 11) they are quite large so took some time.
My back hurts because l was bent over quite a bit.
Did some exercises when l got home and will be having a hot bath, within the next hour,  that should do the trick.
